Great service, the staff was super friendly during my stay. the building and rooms are really nice, and the bathroom is spacious. There's a ton of yummy breakfast options to choose from! 🥐

This is a pleasant, clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a little on the small side but comfortable with very good showers. Breakfast is substantial.

Closeness of bus route and tube station
Blocked water pipe in room, but this was seen to straight away, when i reported it.

Had a great time during our overnight stay. the location was perfect for us, right next to a metro station, which made getting around super easy. We tried out Ristorante Angelo nearby and it was fantastic! 🍕

This is a very well appointed hotel for its size and star rating. It is right opposite the U/S Bahn station and next to a big shopping mall. The centre of Hamburg is just 10 mins away and there is a bus to the airport from this station taking half an hour. The rooms are clean and have excellent showers and there is a good breakfast. Staff are helpful and very pleasant.

The staff here know their stuff and are super efficient. They gave me tons of helpful info, which was awesome! 😊 the breakfast selection was off the charts - seriously, so amazing and incredibly yummy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the U Bahn station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the rooms were well-maintained and had a large bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. this hotel offered great value for money and I was thoroughly impressed.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was right beside the underground, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved that there were lots of places to eat nearby and a large shopping centre next door. The room was clean and fresh, made for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location with ample public transportation options. Lobby coffee machine perfect for those who prefer light breakfasts. A wide variety of nearby restaurants available. Close proximity to woodsy walking trails. Spacious, windowed bathroom beautifully clean.
